Lino Printing Classes
Come and learn a new skill at my art studio in the heart of Órgiva with this introductory lino printing workshop – a calm, satisfying day of carving, inking and printing by hand. We’ll spend the day together (10:00–15:00) learning the basics in a relaxed, supportive space. I’ll guide you step by step, from designing and carving your lino block to inking it up and pulling your first prints. Once you’re feeling confident, you’ll use your block to print onto a tote bag or T-shirt to take home. All materials are included and no previous experience is needed – just a bit of patience, curiosity, and a willingness to keep your fingers out of the way of the sharp bits. Expect a gentle pace, inky hands, and that very satisfying moment when you lift the paper and see your print for the first time.
Screen Printing Classes
Come and get inky with me at my art studio in the heart of Órgiva in this hands-on introductory screen printing class. Perfect for beginners and curious creatives alike. We’ll spend the day (10:00–15:00) learning the basics of screen printing in a relaxed, supportive environment. I’ll guide you step by step through the process, and once you’ve got the hang of it, you’ll print your design onto a tote bag or T-shirt to take home. All materials are included, so you just need to bring yourself, a bit of curiosity, and clothes you don’t mind getting a little arty.
Life Drawing Classes
Come and draw from life at my studio in Órgiva – a relaxed, supportive space to practice observational drawing with live models. These sessions run twice a month and are perfect for complete beginners or anyone wanting to keep their drawing skills sharp. We work with a variety of models. The atmosphere is calm and focused, with no pressure – just you, the model, and the lovely challenge of capturing what you see. All you need to bring is yourself and whatever you like to draw with (pencils, charcoal, pastels – whatever feels right). €7.50 per session, and everyone’s welcome.
Watercolour Techniques Through Insects
Explore watercolour in a way that’s anything but typical – we’re painting insects, and they’re the perfect tiny teachers for learning essential watercolour techniques. We’ll spend the afternoon (14:00–18:00) working through wet-on-wet blending, salt washes, cling film textures, layering, and all those magical watercolour tricks. Perfect for complete beginners or anyone who’s dabbled and wants to get more confident. All materials are included – you just need to bring yourself and a willingness to play with paint and see where it takes you.
